Experienced construction manager required for leading Engineering company to head up the  erection / construction operations of Steel structures

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong commercial experience in dealing with Service level agreements of contractors
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety and be able to run a multidisciplinary site (civil/earthworks not so much).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:18000 and NOSA
• Experience with SMPP (Structural, Mechanical, Platework and Piping) installations of entire plants, mainly for the mining industry
• Thickeners
• Tanks
• Belt filters
• Filter presses
• Settlers
• Conveyors
• head up the construction team
• The intention is for this individual to eventually act more as a Manager Construction when they have multiple sites

Desired Education:

• At least 3 years management of industrial and mining sites including construction of thickeners, tanks, conveyors, presses and settlers
• Ideal is structural steel and mechanical qualifications

Experienced and hardworking Handyman required for leading automation company.  This position is reserved for an EE/AA candidate

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting generator inspections and receiving and storing Diesel for the generator
• Conducting generator test runs
• Checking for blown light bulbs in the building
• Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance
• Keeping maintenance records
• Managing and maintaining the maintenance stock
• Ensuring that all bathrooms are maintained
• Dealing with minor electrical faults and installations
• Maintaining furniture, locks and repairs
• Plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, housekeeping etc

Desired Education:

• Matric
• 5yrs exp with the full function of Handyman
