Experience IT operations Manager required for leading ATM servicing company. To manage the implementation of a new payment system, and the daily operations
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the implementation of new payments systems and the maintenance of existing ones
- Commercial negotiations with suppliers and customers
- Customer relationship management
- Involved in supervision of operational and technical staff
- Ongoing proactive optimisation of processes and systems

Desired Education:
- Degree in engineering, information systems or similar
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong business acumen
- Must come from the credit card/debit card payment environment
Desktop/Server &
IT Infrastructure Support / R 350K / Sandton
Experienced and Innovative IT Desktop & Server support person required to provide 1st and 2nd level desktop support for a leader in ATM service providers
Key Responsibilities:- Deploying and supporting of desktop, telephony and associated infrastructure throughout the group
- Providing 1st & 2nd level desktop support
- Providing 1st line troubleshooting on server related incidents
- Identifying and contributing to customer desktop and server service improvement suggestions
- Incident management
- Ensuring that maximum availability is achieved for our customers and that the best service is delivered to the business
- Ensuring that all scheduled tasks are run on time and in accordance with the relevant procedures
- Monitor the availability and provide support on systems and infrastructure
- Monitoring the availability and utilization of server and network infrastructure
- Vendor liaison/management
- Engaging with telecom service providers for deployment of new and support of existing infrastructure
Desired Education:
- Matric
- At least one of the following certifications: MCSE, A+
- Minimum of 3 years IT Desktop & Server support exp
- A comprehensive user support understanding of Microsoft Windows Server 2000, 2003, Network Storage, Microsoft desktop solutions, Windows XP & MS Office
- An in-depth understanding of Server Operating Systems including Terminal Services and preferably Microsoft Exchange & Microsoft SQL
- In depth understanding of the main hardware providers (Cisco, HP) systems platforms; associated peripheral equipment and the ability to recommend hardware solutions for varying system needs
- Experience of Anti-Virus
